Spaces: Custom Fields have been added to spaces. You can now customize up to 20 custom fields to store additional information about a space. For more information, see Customizing space custom fields.

Space Availability Dashboard: A new Compare Spaces feature has been added to compare details between spaces and their potential contract value. For more information, see Space Availability Dashboard overview.

Floor Plans: The interaction with floor plans has been improved. While viewing the Occupancy layer, spaces that have been mapped can be clicked. This opens a slide-out menu that displays information about the space, such as its pricing and past contracts. From this menu, you can also create a booking or a contract for applicable spaces.

Payment Methods: Members can now save payment methods as personal or company payment methods in their Member Portal. Additionally, a new setting has been added to control whether members who are not the primary contact of the company can access the company payment methods in their Member Portal. Space Pricing: Volume pricing can now be set on spaces. For more information about volume pricing, see Adding space pricing.

Imports: The Amenity Charge import has been updated. Instead of the import stopping on invalid amenity charge amounts (0), the import continues, and the log displays the records that could not be imported.

Payment Methods: A new optional feature is now available. Your organization can now choose whether members have the option to save credit and debit cards in the Member Portal as personal or company payment methods. For more information, see Setting default company billing options, Setting company payment card access, Adding a member, and Setting payment method defaults.

Additional navigation and design updates have been made to the Member Portal to further improve user experience and usability. Examples of areas updated are the Billing & Payments menu, Booking History, Configure Amenities, Events, and more. Users will now also find it easier to navigate to the Business Information page to access key documents and information about properties.

HubSpot has been updated to support more features. HubSpot can now sync to Kube and Kube to HubSpot. Data synced between the two software includes leads, contracts, and prospect portal activity. For more information, see HubSpot integration setup.

The character limit for the billing email address field has been increased to 80 characters to accommodate longer email addresses.

Load times have been improved to improve the user experience.

Space holds no longer need to be removed from a space to add it to a contract. If the contract is for the company the space is held for, the space appears on that contract to be added.

The Wi-Fi passcode reset emails are now sent through Kube. These email templates can now be customized to match your organization's needs. For more information, see Email template triggers and recipients.

Space hold history records have been improved, and now display records for each space hold event, such as edits and removals. For more information, see Reviewing space history.

Two new filters have been added to the Space Availability Dashboard. You can now filter for spaces based on the status of the property the space is located at, or whether the space has an active Space Hold. For more information, see Screen filters glossary.

The option to save screen filters has been added to the Space Availability Dashboard. For more information about using screen filters, see Using filters.

The Pricing Forecast display has been updated. The data grid now displays the original amount and the percentage change.

Permissions for space pricing have been updated for more granularity and include more of the fields. For information about updating role permissions, see Customizing role permissions.
