This release introduces new features, increases stability, and improves the function of existing features.
New Features
For more information about our most recent major release and new features, see Kube v20 March 2025. This release additionally introduces the following new features:
Company Ledger: A new security deposit specific ledger has been added. This new ledger only displays records related to a company's security deposits. For more information, see Security Deposit Company Ledger screen overview.
Pricing Management: Pricing inflation indexes (CPI) are now available in Kube. You can now add your country's CPI to better control price escalations on contracts. For more information about adding a pricing index and how these apply to pricing escalations, see Adding a pricing inflation index (CPI) and Contract Escalation Scenarios with Consumer Pricing Index (CPI).
Custom Tables: Some Voyager Custom Tables can now be synced to Kube. For more information, see Customizing custom table permissions and Viewing and adding custom table information.
Email Templates: Two new Billing email templates, called Final Notice and Termination Notice, have been added. These two templates can be manually sent to a company for non-payment on services in a contract. For more information about sending these emails, see Sending final and termination notices.
Spaces: In addition to holding space in contracts, spaces can now be held from the Space Availability Dashboard. For more information, see Adding and viewing space holds.
Scheduled Tasks: A new option has been added to the Invoices scheduled task. You can now set whether due dates are adjusted for weekends and holidays when invoices are generated. For more information, see Setting invoice automatic generation details.

We have updated the following features in Kube and increased the stability and security of existing Kube features as we continue to improve Kube:
Companies
A new permission has been added to control which users can change a company's billing address once it is added. For more information, see Adding a company.
Contracts
A PDF file can now be attached to contract terminations. For more information about contract terminations, see Terminating a contract.
The option to adjust the date an escalation takes place has been added to standard contract amendments. For more information about creating an amendment, see Amending an active contract.
Receivables
When generating a credit note from an invoice, the quantity and amount can now be edited. For more information about generating a credit note, see Generating a credit note (non-US regions).
Accounting
Five new countries now support Direct Debit. These countries include: Belgium, Poland, Italy, Portugal, and the Czech Republic. For more information about direct debit, see Setting whether a company uses direct debit.
Miscellaneous
A new Floor screen filter has been added to the More filter list on the Space Availability Dashboard. For more information, see the Screen filters glossary.
The Activity feed now tracks updates to Self Renewals on contracts such as when it was made visible to the member in their Member Portal, and when the visibility was removed.
Coworking amenities can now be set to appear alongside package groups. For more information, see the Online Settings section of Adding a coworking pass amenity.
