HubSpot integration setup

Updated over 3 months ago

HubSpot provides a variety of tools that allow an organization to track inbound marketing, sales, and customer support from the Prospect and Reseller Portals. You can link your HubSpot account to Kube to track the following:

  • Lead Creations from the Prospect and Reseller Portals

  • Cart Activity

  • Space and Amenity Inquiries

  • Prospect Portal Purchases

  • Prospect Portal Bookings

  • Purchases or Bookings That Result in a Contract

  • Contracts Created from the Reseller Portal

This article describes the steps for linking your HubSpot account to Kube.

NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

Link Kube to HubSpot

  1. Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings from the drop-down menu. The Operator Details screen appears.

  2. Select Customer Portals in the side menu then the Prospect and HubSpot Integration tabs.

  3. Click Connect. The HubSpot log in prompt appears.

  4. Sign in to your HubSpot account. The Connecting Yardi Kube to HubSpot screen appears. Select an account.

  5. Click Choose Account.

  6. Acknowledge the confirmation prompt and click Connect app. The page reloads, and the HubSpot Integration Settings menu reappears.

NOTE: Because of the advanced nature of HubSpot, the setup of HubSpot is not covered in the Help Center. Reach out to HubSpot Support for any questions related to their application.

  7. Under Kube to HubSpot Mapping, in the Prospect and Lead Data and Contract and Deal Data sections, select your HubSpot properties where the data from Kube should be stored. See the end of this article for a screen reference.

  8. In the HubSpot Pipelines section, select the HubSpot pipeline for which the status updates when the listed activity takes place in the Prospect Portal.

  9. Click Save Settings. See the end of this article for a screen reference.

TIP: You can disconnect your HubSpot account from Kube at any time by clicking Disconnect Account.
