Prospect and Member Portals: When half day pricing is configured for a space, this is now displayed in the Prospect and Member Portals to improve transparency about booking charges.

A new Internet Listing Service (ILS) setting has been added to amenities. When the Publish to ILS option is set, you must also select an ILS Amenity Category. The category selected appears when a user views your properties. For more information, see the Online Settings Section of Adding a standard amenity and the other amenity articles.

You can now hide move in and move out records for specified space types. For more information, see Setting MIMO tracker options.

When the click to cancel option is turned on or off on a contract, either manually or automatically by Kube, these changes are logged in the Activity Feed History. For more information, see Activity Feed.

In addition to the additional logging for click to cancel, this also extends to Self Renewals. Activity, regardless of whether it is automated or manual, logs to the Activity Feed as contract history.

A new option to invoice late fee charges separately from other charges has been added. This setting can be found at the system and property levels. For more information, see Setting property default contract options and Setting default contract options.

Space hold activity now appears in Space History. For more information, see Reviewing space history.

If a space type should not be used on new spaces or assigned to existing spaces, a new setting has been added to Space Type Custom Fields to prevent the space type from appearing in the pick list. For more information, see Adding a space type.

The permission setup for Custom Tables has been improved. Roles are now selected individually, and the permissions are customizable. For more information, see Customizing custom table permissions.
