Custom tables from Voyager can be synced to Kube to track additional company information. You can use your user Roles to control who has access to view and edit the data in these tables at the company level. For more information about roles, see Roles overview.
This article describes selecting tables and assigning roles for access.
NOTES:
Because of the complex nature of creating tables in Voyager, this aspect is not covered in this article. However, only tables meeting the following criteria can be synced to Kube:
The Voyager table must be a CUSTBUT table.
The Voyager table can either be 1 to 1 -or- 1 to Many.
Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
Adding custom table permissions
Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings from the drop-down menu. The Operator Details screen appears.
Select the Security and Custom Tables tabs.
Click Add. The New Custom Table Permission slide out menu appears.
Complete the fields. See the end of this article for a screen reference.
Click Save.
