New Features
For more information about our most recent major release and new features, see Kube v20 March 2025. This release additionally introduces the following new features:
Self-Renewals: The management of self-renewals has been expanded. Self-renewals can now be fully customized through Kube. For more information, see Self-renewal configurations.
Move Out Menu: For operators not using Yardi Voyager Accounting, a new Processed Externally option has been added. This option is selected when a transaction will be settled outside of Kube. Kube creates a payable and a check record to clear the balance and prevent an open refund credit on the account. For more information, see Refunding or applying a security deposit.

We have updated the following features in Kube and increased the stability and security of existing Kube features as we continue to improve Kube:
Properties
The Property Essentials menu has been updated. The descriptions now support language-specific customizations. For more information, see Reviewing and editing property information.
Miscellaneous
The option to set whether members see an RSVP option in their Member Portal for events has been added. For more information, see Adding an event.
The Space Capacity Limit contract workflow has been updated. You can now select whether the capacity is per space or the combined total capacity across all spaces on the contract. For more information, see Adding a space capacity limit workflow.
