Adding a space capacity limit workflow

Updated over 2 weeks ago

A Spaces Contract Workflow allows your organization to control the maximum space capacity for a space that an internal user can add to a contract, based on their assigned role.

This article describes the steps for adding a new Spaces Contract Workflow.

NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

Adding a spaces contract workflow

  1. Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings in the drop-down menu. The Operator Profile screen appears.

  2. Select Workflows in the side menu. The Contract Approvals screen appears.

  3. Select the Spaces tab.

  4. Click the Add button for either the Operator or Property. The Add Space Workflow menu appears.

TIP: The process for adding an operator or property workflow is almost identical. Differences are noted in the Adding a Spaces Contract Workflow Screen Reference at the end of this article.

  5. Complete the fields. For field descriptions, see the Adding a spaces contract workflow screen reference at the end of this article.

  6. Click Save.
