This release introduces new features, improves stability, and enhances existing functionality.
New Features
For more information about our most recent major release and new features, see Kube v20 March 2025. This release additionally introduces the following new features:
Tours: A new optional advanced version of tours has been added. With the new version of tours, tours can be easily managed through the Community Dashboard, a dedicated Tours Dashboard, and the Activity Feed. The new version also offers more robust scheduling, host assignment, sales rep assignment, playbooks, and more. To upgrade to this version, contact Yardi technical support. Additionally, a new contract permission for the Associated Tours field is now available.
Proposal Builder: The new Proposal Builder feature is now available. The Proposal Builder allows your organization to send a comparison document of spaces and terms to prospective or existing contacts. The proposal contact can then choose and sign a contract right from the proposal. Sales Agent: A new AI service powered by Yardi's Virtuoso is now available. Prospects can start a Webchat, send an SMS or email, or start a Voice call to get answers about your properties in real-time. For more information, see Sales Agent introduction.
Updates
We have updated the following features in Kube and increased the stability and security of existing Kube features as we continue to improve Kube:
Receivables
Duplicate invoices no longer occur when multiple users generate invoices simultaneously.
Allocating a credit note now also correctly allocates applicable tax values.
The post-month date of charges on credit notes can now be adjusted.
Member Portal
For clarity, the text has been updated to Book Now on the Open Desk reservation screen. For more information, see Reserving an open desk.
Performance
Several performance-related updates have been made to various menus in Kube to improve load times and overall user experience, including support for multiple tabs.
Spaces
How a space's cancellation policy is synced with Coworking Manager has been updated. Now only the first tier is synced, and the cancellation fee is always 100%. For more information, see Adding a space cancellation policy and fees.
Miscellaneous
The Change Move-In amendment type is now available on Bill Full Contract Cost at Start of Term contracts. For more information about adding a change move-in amendment, see Changing the start date of a future active contract.
Adjustments have been made to the MIMO menu to ensure all move-in and move-out records appear regardless of the proposal version and status.
Data discrepancies on the Occupancy Report have been fixed.
The text and layout for the automatic invoicing settings in the Contract Defaults section of the System Settings have been updated for clarity. For more information, see Setting default contract options.
The Invoice Security Deposit Separately setting has been updated and now requires the Automatically Invoice Contract Charges on Activation setting to be on to take effect.
Tokens for Property Wayfinding information have been added to the Booking Confirmation email template.
Document templates no longer support the upload of .DOC Word file formats. Only .DOCX is supported. For more information about document templates, see Creating a custom invoice template, Creating a custom invoice template, and Creating a custom credit note template.
New options have been added to the Adjustments and Renewal sections of Contract Approvals. You can now set whether to base approval on the total contract value and the annual total contract value instead of the full term. For more information, see Adding a contract approval condition.
The Notes field from the Activity Feed has been updated to support up to 3600 characters.
