Passwordless authentication allows you to sign into your member portal without entering a password. When you create a member account, or one is created for you, you receive a welcome email with a link to the Member Portal's login page. The email address you used to sign up is your username.
NOTE: You can log in through a desktop or mobile web browser, or you can also download the Member Portal mobile application to access your account. The app is available for both Android and iOS.
This article describes logging into your Member Portal through either a web browser or the mobile application.

Logging into your member portal account with a web browser
Using the link in your welcome email, open the Login Page.
Enter the email address associated with your account in the Email field and click Log In.
A confirmation appears.
Open your email account, and locate the email sent to you.
Click the link in the email.
If the link is valid, has not expired and has not been used, you are logged into your Member Portal.

Download the Yardi Kube Member Portal App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to your mobile device.
Open the app.
Enter the email address associated with your account in the Email field and click Continue.
The prompt to enter your one time passcode appears.
Open your email account, and locate the email sent to you.
Copy the code and enter it in the One-Time Code field.
If the code is valid, has not expired and has not been used, you are logged into your Member Portal.
