In Kube, a member's email address is also the username they use to sign in to their member portal. After you add a member, you can update the member's email address as needed. For more information about editing member information, see Reviewing and editing member information.
After you update a member's email address, Kube sends a welcome email to the member's new email address that contains a link to the Member Portal sign-in page.
NOTE: The sign-in process is passwordless. Members enter their email address on the sign-in page, and Kube sends an email with a sign-in link. When using the Member Portal mobile app, members receive a one-time passcode (OTP) instead.
If a member does business with multiple operators, they can use the same email address to log in to the Member Portal of each operator. The member can also independently change the email address on file with each operator.
NOTES:
Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
You cannot edit an archived member. Activate the member to edit member information. For more information, see Archiving and activating a member.
