Updating a member's email address/username

Updated over 3 months ago

In Kube, a member's email address is also the username they use to log in to their member portal. After you add a member, you can update the member's email address as needed. For more information about editing member information, see Reviewing and editing member information.

After you update a member's email address, Kube sends an email to the member's new email address that contains their new username and a link to reset their password before they can log in to the member portal again. If a member changes their email address in their member portal, Kube updates their email address in Kube once the member saves their change. The member then follows the process of resetting their password.

If a member does business with multiple operators, they can use the same email address and password to log in to the member portal of each operator. The member can also independently change the email address on file with each operator.
