You can test Kube’s connection with the backend access control system to verify connectivity. When you test the connection, Kube checks its communication with the backend access control system and displays a confirmation message if the connection is active. If the connection fails, Kube displays an error message.
NOTE: Contact Yardi technical support if Kube returns an error message.
To test the property access control connection
Select Properties in the top menu.
Locate the property in the grid and click the property's name. The Property Spaces screen appears.
Select Setup in the side menu and select the Access Control tab. The Settings screen appears.
Click the Test Connection button. Kube returns a success or failure message, depending on the connection.
