Testing the property data appliance connection

Updated over 3 months ago

You can test Kube’s connection to the data appliance using the property's Test Connection button. When you test the connection, Kube checks to see if it is communicating with the backend data appliance and displays a confirmation message if the connection is active. If the connection fails, Kube displays an error message.

NOTES:

  • If your organization has not purchased Yardi Kube Wi-Fi, Kube does not show data/Wi-Fi information.

  • Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

  • If Kube returns an error message, contact Yardi technical support or see Data troubleshooting.

  • You can also see connectivity information on the property's Data/Wi-Fi Overview screen. For more information, see Verifying the connectivity status of your property.
