You can test Kube’s connection with the backend voice system. When you test the connection, Kube checks its communication with the backend voice system and displays a confirmation message if the connection is active. If the connection fails, Kube displays an error message.
NOTES:
If your organization has not purchased Yardi Kube Voice, Kube does not show voice information.
Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
Contact Yardi technical support if Kube returns an error message.
To test the voice enterprise connection
Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings from the drop-down menu. The Operator Profile screen appears.
Select Voice in the side menu.
Click the Edit button. The Test Enterprise Connection button appears.
Click the Test Enterprise Connection button. Kube returns a success or failure message, depending on the connection.
