Members can use physical credentials (key fobs, swipe cards, etc.) or the Member Portal app to unlock doors they have access to. Before you can give members physical credentials, you must purchase them from your access control provider and add them in Kube.

NOTE: If you need to add physical credentials, contact Yardi Kube technical support to complete the setup process.
To add an access control credential
Select Properties in the top menu.
Locate your property in the data grid and click the property's name. The Property Spaces screen appears.
Select Setup in the side menu and select the Access Control tab. The Settings screen appears.
Select the Credentials tab.
Click the Add button.
Complete the fields.

Select the category of credential you are adding (key fob, swipe card, etc.).
Click Save.
