Reinstating data and Wi-Fi services

After Data/Wi-Fi services have been configured for a company, they sometimes need to be temporarily suspended. For more information about suspending Data/Wi-Fi services, see Suspending Data/Wi-Fi services.

This article describes reinstating Data/Wi-Fi services after they have been suspended.

NOTES:

  • If your organization has not purchased Yardi Kube Wi-Fi, Kube does not show data/Wi-Fi information.

  • Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

Reinstating Wi-Fi Services

  1. Select Customers in the top menu and select Companies from the drop-down menu.

  2. Locate the company in the grid and click the company's name. The Company Essentials window appears. Click Detailed View.

  3. To reinstate Wi-Fi services for all the company, select Data/Wi-Fi in the side menu.

    1. Click Resume Service. A confirmation prompt appears.

    2. Click OK.

  4. To reinstate Wi-Fi services for an individual member of the company, select Contacts in the side menu.

    1. Locate the member in the grid and click the member's name. The Essentials screen appears.

    2. Select Wi-Fi in the side menu.

    3. Click Resume. A confirmation prompt appears.

    4. Click OK.
