Configurable amenities such as Data/Wi-Fi, Voice, and Hours/Credits are required to be assigned to a specific member. After member Wi-Fi services have been assigned to a member through the amenity configuration menu, those same services can be unassigned and reconfigured for another member of the same company. This article covers the process of removing Wi-Fi services from a member and reassigning them to another.
NOTES:
If your organization has not purchased Yardi Kube Wi-Fi, Kube does not show data/Wi-Fi information.
Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
Reassigning Member Wi-Fi Services
Select Customers in the top menu and select Companies from the drop-down menu.
Locate the company in the grid and click the company's name. The Company Essentials window appears. Click Detailed View.
Select Data/Wi-Fi in the side menu. The Internet Service Plan menu appears.
Select the Member Wi-Fi tab.
Locate the member's Wi-Fi account in the grid and click the additional options button.
Click Forget Member. A confirmation prompt appears.
CAUTION: All devices are forgotten, and the amenity configuration is reset.
