Reinstating company and member voice services

After voice services have been configured for a company, they sometimes need to be temporarily suspended. For more information about suspending voice services, see Suspending company and member voice services

This article describes reinstating voice services after they have been suspended.

NOTES:

  • If your organization has not purchased Yardi Kube Voice, Kube does not show voice information.

  • Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

Reinstating Voice Services

  1. Select Customers in the top menu and select Companies from the drop-down menu.

  2. Locate the company in the grid and click the company's name. The Company Essentials window appears. Click Detailed View.

  3. To reinstate voice services for the whole company, select Voice in the side menu. The General menu appears.

    1. Click Resume Service. A confirmation prompt appears.

    2. Click OK.

  4. To reinstate voice services for an individual member of the company, select Contacts in the side menu.

    1. Locate the member in the grid and click the member's name. The Essentials screen appears.

    2. Select Voice in the side menu. The General menu appears.

    3. Click Resume Service. A confirmation prompt appears.

    4. Click OK.
