After Wi-Fi services have been configured through the amenity configuration, these services can be temporarily suspended without amending the company's contract. You can either suspend services for the entire company or for an individual member. This article covers the process for both.

NOTES:
If your organization has not purchased Yardi Kube Wi-Fi, Kube does not show data/Wi-Fi information.
Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
Suspending Wi-Fi Services
Select Customers in the top menu and select Companies from the drop-down menu.
Locate the company in the grid and click the company's name. The Company Essentials Window appears. Click Detailed View.
To suspend Wi-Fi services for all members of the company, select Data/Wi-Fi in the side menu.
Click Suspend Service. A confirmation prompt appears.
Click OK.
To suspend Wi-Fi services for an individual member of the company, select Contacts in the side menu.
Locate the member in the grid and click the member's name. The Essentials screen appears.
Select Wi-Fi in the side menu.
Click Suspend. A confirmation prompt appears.
Click OK.
