After members or companies purchase guest Wi-Fi, you can revoke, activate, revalidate, restart, and delete guest Wi-Fi accounts as needed.
NOTE: If [SN] appears before an account name, the guest self-subscribed to the free Wi-Fi using the login splash page, rather than by purchasing a guest Wi-Fi amenity.
Revoking a guest Wi-Fi account immediately suspends Wi-Fi services, and Kube sets the account status to Revoked. Kube does not alter the account duration or how long the guest Wi-Fi lasts when you revoke the account. The account will expire when it is set to, regardless of whether the account is revoked or not.
Activating a guest Wi-Fi account reinstates the account after it was revoked, and Kube sets the account status to Active. This action is only available for accounts that have been revoked.
Revalidating a guest Wi-Fi account resets the account duration and clears the guest's MAC address from Kube. The guest must log on again to access Wi-Fi.
Restarting a guest Wi-Fi account resets the account duration and keeps the guest's MAC address so they do not need to log on again to access Wi-Fi.
Deleting a guest Wi-Fi account revokes the guest's login credentials and removes the account from Kube.

If your organization has not purchased Yardi Kube Wi-Fi, Kube does not show data/Wi-Fi information.
Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
No confirmation request appears after you select an option in the guest Wi-Fi account drop-down menu.
You can complete the actions described in this article for multiple accounts at once by selecting multiple accounts and clicking the desired button that appears at the top right of the grid. This article explains how to complete each task for a single account at a time.

To revoke, activate, revalidate, restart, and delete a guest Wi-Fi account
Select Properties in the top menu.
Locate the property in the grid and click the property's name. The Property Spaces screen appears.
Select Data/Wi-Fi in the side menu and click the Wi-Fi, then the Guests tab.
Locate the guest Wi-Fi account in the grid and click the three dot additional options button.
Depending on the device's current status and the action you want to take, select either Revoke, Activate, Revalidate, Restart, or Delete from the drop down menu.
