What information can my employees see on dashboards?
Internal users can only see information related to their role in Kube. For more information about roles, see Roles overview.
Why can't I see information for all properties in the dashboards?
On screens that have filters, Kube shows information filtered by the internal user's default property. To see information for all properties that you have access to, click the Clear Filters button in the filter menu. For more about assigning properties or property lists, see Assigning a property list to an internal user.
If an internal user has a property list assigned to them, they cannot see information for properties not included in the property list. For more information about property lists, see Adding a property list.
How is vacancy defined?
A space is only considered occupied if it is included in an active contract, so no short-term bookings are included in vacancy calculations. If a space is removed from occupancy statistics, Kube does not include it in calculations. For more information, see Adding a space.
How is occupancy defined?
Kube calculates occupancy based on the number of spaces included in active contracts, so no short-term bookings are included in occupancy calculations. If a space is removed from occupancy statistics, Kube does not consider it in calculations. For more information, see Adding a space.
