Spaces Dashboard overview

Updated over 3 months ago

The Spaces Dashboard contains four graphical and numerical tiles that compile information about the spaces you have access to. Kube filters the Spaces Dashboard for the internal user's primary property when the screen loads. Use the property filter at the top of the screen to show statistics for a different property or for multiple properties. For more information, see Using filters.

NOTES:

  • Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all these tiles may not be available or displayed.

  • If you are assigned to a property list, Kube only shows statistics for the properties you have access to. For more information, see Adding a property list.

TIP: To hide the dashboard tiles, click the Tiles toggle to the top right of the dashboard. To show the dashboard tiles after they have been hidden, click the Tiles toggle again.

The following graphic shows an example of the Spaces Dashboard:

Occupancy & Availability Overview

Calculates the number and percentage of spaces that are occupied, based on the number of spaces (not square footage).

NOTE: Kube considers a space occupied if it is included in an active contract. Kube does not include short-term bookings and spaces that are removed from statistics in this calculation. For more information, see Removing a space from reports and statistics.

Rooms by Type

Calculates the five space types with the most number of rooms.

NOTE: A space type is a component of a space's profile that indicates how the space is used.

Top 5 Spaces - Current MRR

Calculates the five spaces with the highest monthly recurring revenue (MRR) from contracts.

NOTE: Kube does not include short-term bookings made through the Bookings Calendar screen or one-time charges in this calculation. Kube calculates MRR from recurring contract charges.

Top 5 Spaces - Bookings Revenue

Calculates the five spaces with the highest revenue from short-term bookings that occur in the next 30 days.

NOTE: Short-term bookings are made using the Bookings Calendar screen or the Prospect Portal Bookings Calendar screen. Kube does not include long-term (monthly) bookings or spaces included in contracts in this calculation.
