Companies Dashboard overview

Updated over 3 months ago

The Companies Dashboard contains four graphical and numerical tiles that compile information about companies you have access to. Kube filters the Companies Dashboard for the internal user's primary property when the screen loads. Use the property filter at the top of the screen to show statistics for a different property or for multiple properties. For more information, see Using filters.

NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these tiles may not be available or displayed.

TIP: To hide the dashboard tiles, click the Tiles toggle located towards the top right of the dashboard tiles. To show the dashboard tiles after they have been hidden, click the Tiles toggle again.

The following graphic shows an example of the Companies Dashboard:

Company by Type

Calculates the five user types with the most companies.

NOTE: A user type is a component of a company's profile that indicates what kinds of spaces or services the company uses. For more information, see Adding a user and company type.

Top 5 Companies

Calculates the five companies with the highest monthly recurring revenue (MRR) from active contracts.

NOTE: Kube calculates MRR from recurring contract charges. Kube does not include one-time charges in MRR calculations.

Risk Assessment

Calculates the number of companies with missing or expired Certificates of Insurance (COI), contracts terminating, and MRR at risk.

NOTE: The Missing COI and Expired COI stats only appear if subscribed to the service.

Aging & MRR

Calculates the number of companies with past-due balances and the total value of all past due amounts.

NOTE: The Company Aging Reports list companies with past due balances and their balances. For more information, see Aging Reports overview.
