Properties Dashboard overview

Updated over 3 months ago

The Properties Dashboard contains four graphical and numerical tiles that compile information for the internal user's primary property when the screen loads. Kube filters the Properties Dashboard for the internal user's primary property when the screen loads. Use the property filter at the top of the screen to show statistics for a different property or for multiple properties. For more information, see Using filters.

NOTES:

  • Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these tiles may not be available or displayed.

  • If you are assigned to a property list, Kube only shows statistics for the properties you have access to. For more information, see Adding a property list.

TIP: To hide the dashboard tiles, click the Tiles toggle at the top right of the dashboard. To show the dashboard tiles after they have been hidden, click the Tiles toggle again.

The following graphic shows an example of the Properties Dashboard:

Members

Calculates the number of active leads and active members.

NOTE: Active status means that the lead or member has not been archived.

Total Area

Calculates the square footage and percentage of available and occupied spaces, based upon the square footage listed for each space.

NOTE: Kube considers a space occupied if it is included in an active contract. Kube does not include short-term bookings and spaces that are removed from statistics in this calculation. For more information, see Removing a space from reports and statistics.

Current MRR (Next 30 Days)

Calculates the total monthly recurring revenue (MRR) from active contracts and one-time bookings.

NOTE: Kube calculates MRR from recurring contract charges. Kube does not include one-time charges in MRR calculations.

Upcoming Terminations (Next 30 Days)

Calculates the total number of contracts scheduled to expire in the next 30 days and the total monthly recurring revenue (MRR) from those contracts.

NOTE:

  • Kube calculates MRR from recurring contract charges. Kube does not include one-time charges in MRR calculations.

  • The Contract Expiration Report lists upcoming terminations in more detail. For more information, see Contract Expiration Report overview.
