Contacts Dashboard overview

Updated over 3 months ago

The Contacts Dashboard contains three graphical and numerical tiles that compile information about contacts you have access to. Kube filters the Contacts Dashboard for the internal user's primary property when the screen loads. Use the property filter at the top of the screen to show statistics for a different property or for multiple properties. For more information, see Using filters.

NOTE: Depending on your Kube role, or permissions to access Kube functions, you may see fewer tiles than those listed in this article.

TIPS:

  • Members and leads are also considered contacts.

  • To hide the dashboard tiles, click the Tiles toggle to the top right of the dashboard. To show the dashboard tiles after they have been hidden, click the Tiles toggle again.

The following graphic shows an example of the Contacts Dashboard:

Contacts

Calculates the combined number of contacts, members, and leads.

Contacts by Type

Calculates the five user types with the most contacts.

A user type is a component of a member's, lead's, or contact's profile that indicates what kinds of spaces or services they use. For more information, see Adding a user and company type.

Contacts by Category

Calculates the number of members, leads, and contacts across all properties for each contact type.
