Members Dashboard overview

Updated over 3 months ago

The Members Dashboard contains four graphical and numerical tiles that compile information about the members you have access to. Kube filters the Members Dashboard for the internal user's primary property when the screen loads. Use the property filter at the top of the screen to show statistics for a different property or for multiple properties. For more information, see Using filters.

NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these tiles may not be available or displayed.

TIP: To hide the dashboard tiles, click the Tiles toggle towards the top right of the dashboard. To show the dashboard tiles after they have been hidden, click the Tiles toggle again.

The following graphic shows an example of the Members Dashboard:

Member by

Calculates the five user types with the most members by Type, Industry, and Memberships.

NOTE: A user type is a component of a member's profile that indicates what kinds of spaces or services the member uses. For more information, see Adding a user and company type.

New Members (last 30 days)

Calculates the number of new and lost members within the last 30 days.

NOTE: A lost member is a member who has been archived. For more information, see Archiving and activating a member.

Member by Pricing Group

Calculates the five member pricing groups with the most members.

NOTE: A pricing group automatically discounts a member's cost for a space by the percentage set in the pricing group assigned to them. For more information, see Adding a booking discount group.

Member Bookings (This Month)

Calculates the number of short-term (hourly and daily) bookings for the current month.

NOTE: Kube does not include long-term (monthly) bookings from contracts in the calculation.

Because prospects become members when they finalize their bookings, Kube includes Prospect Portal bookings in the Member Bookings calculation.
