Support Dashboard overview

Updated over 3 months ago

The Support Dashboard contains four graphical and numerical tiles that compile information about support tickets currently open. Kube filters the Support Dashboard for the internal user's primary property when the screen loads. Use the property filter at the top of the screen to show statistics for a different property or for multiple properties. For more information, see Using filters.

NOTES:

  • Depending on your Kube role, or permissions to access Kube functions, you may see fewer tiles than those listed in this article.

  • If you are assigned to a property list, Kube only shows statistics for the properties you have access to. For more information, see Adding a property list.

TIP: To hide the dashboard tiles, click the Tiles toggle to the top right of the dashboard. To show the dashboard tiles after they have been hidden, click the Tiles toggle again.
