Contracts Dashboard overview

Updated over 3 months ago

The Contracts Dashboard contains four graphical and numerical tiles that compile information about contracts you have access to. Kube filters the Contracts Dashboard for the internal user's primary property when the screen loads. Use the property filter at the top of the screen to show statistics for a different property or for multiple properties. For more information, see Using filters.

NOTES:

  • Depending on your Kube role, or permissions to access Kube functions, you may see fewer tiles than those listed in this article.

  • If you are assigned to a property list, Kube only shows statistics for the properties you have access to. For more information, see Adding a property list.

TIP: To hide the dashboard tiles, click the Tiles toggle to the top right of the dashboard. To show the dashboard tiles after they have been hidden, click the Tiles toggle again.

The following graphic shows an example of the Contracts Dashboard:

Active Contracts

Calculates the number of activated contracts and separates them by their Term Type of either Fixed Term or Month to Month.

NOTE: This tile does not display contracts that are set to activate on a future date.

Contracts & Amendments

Calculates the number of contract and amendment drafts that have not been activated as well as the number of approvals pending for each.

NOTE: This tile does not display contracts that are set to activate on a future date.

TIP: Kube displays an In Progress flag to indicate the contract or amendment is a draft and not actively billing your customer.

Move Out & Pending Tasks

Calculates the number of contracts with upcoming terminations, pending termination approvals, or have a Notice to Vacate (NTV). The tile also calculates the number of contracts that have pending move out communications and pending amenity configurations. For more information about these tasks, see Reviewing, approving, and rejecting a contract and Adding a notice to vacate, Using the move out communication.

TIP: Kube displays a Termination Expected flag to indicate the contract has an upcoming termination.

The Contract Expiration Report lists upcoming terminations in more detail. For more information, see Contract Expiration Report overview.

ySign Documents

Calculates the number of contracts that have outstanding ySign tasks.

NOTE: This tile does not appear if the ySign service has not been enabled.
