The six statistics tiles show information for different aspects of your property and include buttons for common functions.
NOTES:
Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these statistic tiles may not be available or displayed.
If you are assigned to a property list, Kube only shows statistics for the properties you have access to. For more information, see Adding a property list.
The following graphic shows an example of the statistics tiles:
Open AR | Calculates the total value of all invoiced charges that have not been paid.
The Take Payment button shows the New Payment screen, where you can add a payment for an existing company. For more information, see Adding a cash or check payment. |
Vacancy | Calculates the percentage of vacant spaces, based on the number of spaces. A space is only considered occupied if it is included in an active contract, so no short-term bookings from bookings calendars are included in this calculation.
NOTE: Kube excludes spaces that are removed from statistics from this calculation. For more information, see Removing a space from reports and statistics.
The Add Contract button shows the New Contract screen, where you can add a contract for an existing company. For more information, see Creating a contract. |
Today's Bookings | Calculates the number of short-term bookings for the current day. Kube does not include long-term bookings from contracts in the total.
The Add Booking button opens the Bookings Calendar screen, where you can view existing bookings and add a booking for an existing or new member. For more information, see Bookings menu screen overview. |
Today's Tours | Calculates the number of tours scheduled for the current day.
The Add Tour button opens the Leads Dashboard, where you can schedule or edit a tour for a lead. For more information, see Scheduling a tour in the Activity Feed. |
Online Sales | Calculates the number of sales made through the Prospect Portal from the past 30 days.
NOTE: The Prospect Portal is how your potential customers, or prospects, purchase products and services from you to become members. For more information, see Prospect portal home page overview.
The View button shows the Order Summary Report screen, where you can view all orders that have been made. For more information, see Order Reports overview. |
Support Tickets | Calculates the number of active support tickets.
The Reply button opens your default property's Support Tickets screen, where you can view, open, and close tickets and reply to tickets. For more information, see Replying to a support ticket. |
