The Community Dashboard Overview menu contains information about the selected property in the top most menu, and four quick view tiles below.
You can change the property being viewed by using the property filter towards the top right of the property information section.
To change the time frame of the quick view tiles, use the duration selector located towards the top right of these tiles.
The following graphic shows an example of the Community Dashboard:
Property Information | The property's logo, name, and contact information appear here. Click the property's name to view the property record. For more information about a property's menus and its setup, see Reviewing and editing property information.

Visitors | Shows the number of visitors for the time period selected. Click the individual records to see more details. |
Calendar | Shows the number of different calendar events at the property. Click the individual records to see more details. |
Move In Move Out (MIMO) | Shows the number of requests for move ins and move outs. Click the individual records to see more details. |
Contracts | Shows the number of contracts that have pending configurations or are expiring, and the number of vacant spaces at the property. Click the individual records to see more details. |
