Community Dashboard MIMO menu

The Community Dashboard MIMO menu contains information about the move ins and move outs (MIMO) for the selected property. Kube defaults to the internal user's primary property when the Community Dashboard loads. Use the property filter towards the top right to show MIMO's for a different property.

Click on any of the MIMO information tiles to view the checklist statuses, view the company contacts, send an email, check the status of the service retainer, check member requests, and check or add notes. The records that appear on this screen are from future active and terminating contracts. For more information about contracts, see Contracts Introduction.
