Viewing MIMO information

The MIMO Tracker menu allows you to quickly see which companies are moving in and out of spaces at a property. Each move record has the following information and options:

  • Checklist: A list of tasks to be completed when a company moves in or out of a space. Different criteria and configurations determine what appears in this list.

  • Contacts: Displays the information for the primary contact of the company.

  • Emails: Send an email to the company.

  • Security Deposit: Displays the security deposit on file and whether payment is pending on a security deposit. The Move Out menu can also be accessed from here.

  • Member Requests: Displays the number of move requests a company has.

  • Notes: Adds a MIMO note to the company's Activity Feed.

This article describes each menu and option and what can be done on each.

NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

MIMO information

  1. Click the Home button. The Community Dashboard Overview menu appears.

  2. Select MIMO in the side menu. The MIMO Tracker appears.

  3. Locate the move record in the grid and click anywhere on the record. The Moving In or Moving Out menu appears.

    1. Click Checklist to expand the menu options. For more information about the checklists, see Adding a move-in checklist and Adding a move-out checklist.


      NOTE: The content of the checklist varies based on what has been configured. For more information, see Adding criteria to a checklist item.


      1. Click the circle to the left of the checklist item to complete the task. Click again to remove the check mark.

    2. Click Contacts to expand the menu. The primary contact information appears. Click the member's name to view the details for that contact.


      TIP: Click Detailed View to view additional details about the member and access additional options.


    3. Click Emails to expand the menu. The email editor appears. For more information about MIMO emails, see Sending MIMO emails.


      TIP: The first email sent completes either the Send Move-In Email or Send Move Out Email checklist item, depending on whether the move record is a move-in or move out record.


    4. Click Security Deposits to expand the menu. Click View in Detail to view the Move Out menu. For more information about refunding a security deposit and this menu, see Refunding or applying a security deposit.

    5. Click Member Requests to expand the menu. This section displays a read only count of the company's current move requests. For more information about move requests, see Viewing and editing a move request.

    6. Click Notes to expand the menu. Enter a note as desired and click Save. To view past MIMO notes, navigate to the company to view the Activity Feed. For more information, see Activity Feed.

  4. Click the close button located towards the top right to close this menu and return to the MIMO Tracker menu.
