This release introduces new features, improves stability, and enhances existing functionality.
New Features
For more information about our most recent major release and new features, see Kube v20 March 2025. This release additionally introduces the following new features:
Member Portal: Logins have been updated to passwordless authentication. When a user lands on the login page, they are no longer prompted to enter their username (email address) and password. Members are now prompted to enter the email address associated with their account, which receives a one-time login link. If the member logs in using the member portal mobile application, they'll receive a one-time code instead.
Global Search: The search results have been further optimized. Now, you can search for portions of a search criterion, and all close and exact match results are returned and highlighted.
Spaces: Grades can be created and assigned to spaces so users can, at a glance, determine the space's status and desirability. For more information about space grades, see Adding a space grade and Adding a space.
Workflows: New workflows have been added:
Spaces Contract Workflow: Control which spaces an internal user can add to a contract based on the space's capacity and the internal user's role. For more information, see Adding a space capacity limit workflow.
Amenity & Packages Amendment Workflow: Select which property amenities are available to quickly add to a contract without creating a full manual amendment. For more information, see Adding an Amenities & Packages amendment workflow.
Click to Cancel Contract Workflow: Control whether manually created contracts for a membership type are eligible for click to cancel. For more information, see Adding a click to cancel workflow.
Promotions: Promotions have been updated to support flat rate discounts. They have also been updated with the options to apply the promotion code and the max discount value automatically. For more information, see Adding a promotion and setting its priority.
Updates
We have updated the following features in Kube and increased the stability and security of existing Kube features as we continue to improve Kube:
Floor Plans
A new Pending Changes section was added to the informational hover. This section displays when the current contract expires and whether there are any upcoming amendments, renewals, or new contracts for the space.
Miscellaneous
The company name in the contracts section of the space details slide-out menu is now a link for quicker navigation between screens.
Additional details, such as the area and floor name, have been added to the Space Details page in the Prospect and Member Portals.
Property lists are honored by all screen filters. Users can no longer use the clear option to see details from other properties.
Various cosmetic and interaction updates have been made to the menus from the Community Dashboard:
Sortable columns on the MIMO and Manage Bookings menus.
Record counts on the MIMO menu.
Move record counts link to their corresponding details.
Quick view tiles have independent time range filters.
Import validations have been added for imports that are processed in the background. A user is warned that an import is in progress if they try to upload another import file.
