Checking in using a daypass

The Member Portal lets you manage your company info, make bookings and payments, and more—all in one place.

Check-ins to a community or open desk, if they are provided, can be done when you have available day passes. You can purchase additional passes in the Marketplace, or they may have been included in your contract. To check your available day passes, select Subscription > Credits.

This article describes checking into an open desk using a day pass.

TIP: This article is intended to help your members with questions they may have about the Member Portal.

NOTE: If you have not received your Welcome Email, please reach out to your property manager. This email contains all the information you need to log in and get started.

Checking in using a day pass

  1. Select Book a Space.

  2. Switch the booking type filter from Hourly to Daily.

  3. Locate the Open Desk space in the grid. Click the tile. The details page appears.

  4. Select a Check-In Date and click Check In.

  5. Your spot is reserved.

TIP: To see a list of your current, past, and future check-ins, click Manage Bookings > Day Pass.
