After you have added a space, you can control whether administrators (internal users), members, and prospects can book spaces. You can also prevent spaces from being booked anywhere except in contracts.
If you want to limit space bookings to contracts, add monthly space pricing, and do not allow internal users, prospects, or members to book the space. For more information, see Adding space pricing.
NOTES:
Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
You must allow internal users to book to allow members and prospects to book.
If none of your organization's spaces are bookable by prospects, the Prospect Portal hides the Reserve a Space section. If the same is true for members, the Member Portal hides the Bookings section.
To set who can book a space
Select Spaces in the top menu and then List from the drop down.
Locate the space in the grid and click the space's name. The Space Contracts screen appears.
Select Setup in the side menu and select the Pricing tab.
Click the Edit button.
Complete the Who Can Book This Space section.
NOTE: These options can only be selected once pricing has been added.
TIP: To allow admins or members to book 15-minute and 30-minute bookings, click the Yes button next to those options in the Peak Pricing section and then complete the Who Can Book This Space section.
Click Save.
