Adding additional contacts to a property

After a property has been added, you can add additional contacts to the property for members to contact. These additional contacts appear on the Building Information menu in the Member Portal.

NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

To add additional property contacts

  1. Select Properties in the top menu.

  2. Locate the property in the grid and click the property's name. The Property Spaces screen appears.

  3. Select Setup in the side menu. The Property Essentials screen appears.

  4. Click the edit button in the Additional Contacts section.

  5. Complete the fields.


    TIP: Click the green add button to add up to three additional contacts. Click the red trashcan button to remove additional contacts.


  6. Click Save.
