The member directory provides a quick way to search for and complete tasks for a property's members. To view detailed stats or member records for multiple properties, use the Members Dashboard. For more information about the Members Dashboard, see Members Dashboard overview.
This article describes using the directory menu.
NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
Using the member directory
Click the Home button. The Community Dashboard Overview menu appears.
Select Members in the side menu. The Directory appears.
Use the filters located towards the top left of the member data grid to further narrow results.
Use the New Members toggle located towards the top right of the member data grid to see members added within the last thirty days.
Click Add to add a new member. For more information about adding a member, see Adding a member.
Use the three dot additional option menu button to complete additional tasks related to that member. See the end of this article for a summary of each option.
Directory additional options summary
Detailed View: Opens the full member record where you can manage a member's custom fields, memberships and various other details. For more information about these menus, see Members.
Convert to Lead: Converts the member record to a lead record.
Archive: Archives the member record and puts the record into an inactive status. Contracts cannot be created for an archived member, nor does the member have access to Account Central.
Resend Sign Up Email: Sends a password reset link email to the member if they have lost access to their Account Central login.
Send Final Notice: This option only appears for a primary contact. Select it to send the billing email, Final Notice to the member. For more information, see Email template triggers and recipients.
Send Termination Notice: This option only appears for a primary contact. Select it to send the billing email, Termination Notice to the member. For more information, see Email template triggers and recipients.
