The Member Portal lets you manage your company info, make bookings and payments, and more—all in one place.
This article describes managing your personal profile.
TIP: This article is intended to help your members with questions they may have about the Member Portal.
NOTE: If you have not received your Welcome Email, please reach out to your property manager. This email contains all the information you need to log in and get started.
Managing Your Profile Settings
Log in to your member portal using the link provided in your welcome email. The home screen appears.
NOTE: You may see fewer tiles than referenced in this article depending on your member status and role.
Select your Personal Profile near the top right corner. Select My Profile from the drop down menu. The My Profile menu appears.
TIP: If you belong to multiple companies, to see your profile information from a different company, click your company name from the drop down. A prompt appears to select another company.
Update the fields as desired. See the end of this article for a screen reference.
Click Save Change.

Personal Section
Profile Picture | Displays next to your name on Community menus. Community menus include a directory, a public discussion board, and private messages. |
Status | Displays next to your name on the public discussion board and private messages. Your status defaults to Online after logging in. |
Your username, as well as the address for electronic communication. Updating your email address also updates your username and resets your password. An email is sent to the new email address to set a new password. | |
Culture | Determines how the member portal formats dates and times. |
Password | Use this field to update your login password. |
Directory Section
Company | Displays your primary company. Additional companies appear below this field. |
Job Title | Appears as part of your profile in the member portal Directory and as part of the profile visible to the property managers. |
Bio | Appears as part of your profile in the member portal Directory. |
Industry | Appears as part of your profile in the member portal Directory and as part of the profile visible to the property managers. |
Internal Member Profile | Select this option to make your profile searchable by other members in the Community menus. |
Allow our staff to update email address | Select this option if you want the staff of the property to be allowed to update your email address on your behalf. |
Notification and Visitor Management Section
Send Notifications to my Email | Set whether you want to receive automated notification emails, such as booking reminders. Turn this option on to receive reminder emails. |
Opt-Out of Marketing Communication | Set whether you want to receive marketing emails sent by the property manager. Turn this option on to exclude your email address from marketing emails. |
Opt-Out of Visitor Notification Emails | Set whether you want to be notified of a visitor's arrival by email. Turn this option on to exclude your email address from these types of notifications.
NOTE: This option is only applicable if the property offers this service. Reach out to the property manager for more information. |
Opt-Out of Visitor Notification SMS Messages | Set whether you want to be notified of a visitor's arrival by text message. Turn this option on to exclude your phone number from these types of notifications.
NOTE: This option is only applicable if the property offers this service. Reach out to your property manager for more information. |
Public Visibility | Select the properties you frequently visit and may have visitors at. Your name will appear in the Visitor Management directory at the properties you select in this field. If you do not want your name to appear in the directory, leave this field empty. By default, your primary property is set in this field.
