You can configure voicemail options for members to control how Kube processes incoming calls and voicemails.

NOTES:
If your organization has not purchased Yardi Kube Voice, Kube does not show voice information.
Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
To configure member voicemail options
Select Customers in the top menu and select Members from the drop-down menu.
Locate the member in the grid and click the member's name. The Member Essentials window appears. Click Detailed View.
Select Voice in the side menu.
Click the Edit button.
Select On next to the Voice Messaging field. Additional configuration options appear.
Complete the fields. For field descriptions, see the Voice Messaging Fields Screen Reference at the end of this article.
Click Save.

Voice Messaging Fields Screen Reference
Send All Calls to Voicemail | Send all calls the member receives to voicemail. The member's phone will not ring when receiving calls. |
Send Busy Calls to Voicemail | Sends calls to voicemail when calls come in while the member is already on a call or incoming call configurations are set that make the member unavailable to answer calls. For more information, see Setting basic member incoming call configurations.

Send Unanswered Calls to Voicemail | Sends calls the member does not answer to voicemail.

Voicemail Greeting in Use | Select the audio file that plays for callers who reach the member's voicemail.
