Updating a member's Wi-Fi passcode

Updated over 3 months ago

A member Wi-Fi passcode is the six digit numeric code generated by Kube. This passcode allows a member to sign in to the property's Wi-Fi network through the splash page to access the internet. On occasion, this passcode needs to be updated. This article covers generating a new member Wi-Fi passcode.

Generating a New Wi-Fi Passcode

  1. Select Customers in the top menu and select Companies from the drop-down menu.

  2. Locate the company in the grid and click the company's name. The Company Essentials window appears. Click Detailed View.

  3. Select Data/Wi-Fi in the side menu. The Internet Service Plan menu appears.

  4. Select the Member Wi-Fi tab.

  5. Locate the member Wi-Fi account in the grid and click the additional options button.

  6. Select Reset Passcode. A confirmation prompt appears.

NOTE: Current devices remain signed in to the Wi-Fi until they are disconnected. Disconnected devices and new devices need to log in using the new passcode that is generated.
