Editing access point information

An access point is a device that connects to your property's router via an ethernet cable to provide wireless internet connectivity for your members and guests at a property. Yardi technical support installs access points at your property as part of the Kube Data/Wi-Fi installation process, and you can edit access point information in Kube.

NOTE: If you need to add an access point at your property, contact Yardi technical support for assistance.

To edit access point information

  1. Select Properties in the top menu.

  2. Locate the property in the grid and click the property's name. The Property Spaces screen appears.

  3. Select Data/Wi-Fi in the side menu and select the Wi-Fi tab. The Guests screen appears.

  4. Select the AP Status tab and locate the access point in the grid.

  5. Click the Additional Options button and select Edit.

  6. Click Edit. Complete the fields.


    NOTE: These fields are for your reference and do not affect access point configuration. We suggest naming the access point in a way that indicates its location in the building to aid with future troubleshooting.


  7. Click Save.
