You can use the Guest History menu to view the activity of self-subscribed guests who have logged onto the free Wi-Fi using the login splash page, rather than purchasing a Wi-Fi amenity.
NOTES:
If your organization has not purchased Yardi Kube Wi-Fi, Kube does not show data/Wi-Fi information.
Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
Viewing guest Wi-Fi history
Select Properties in the top menu.
Locate the property in the grid and click the property's name. The Property Spaces screen appears.
Select Data/Wi-Fi in the side menu and select the Wi-Fi then Guest History tabs. Kube loads the first 25 most recent records.
Use the date screen filters located towards the top of the Guest History menu to view different timeframes.
Click Export to Excel to download a copy of the history.
Click on individual history records to view additional activity and details.
