Suspending company and member voice services

After voice services have been activated through the amenity configuration, these services can be temporarily suspended. You can either suspend services for the entire company or for an individual member. This article covers the process for both.

NOTES:

  • If your organization has not purchased Yardi Kube Voice, Kube does not show voice information.

  • Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

Suspending Voice Services

  1. Select Customers in the top menu and select Companies from the drop-down menu.

  2. Locate the company in the grid and click the company's name. The Company Overview screen appears.

  3. To suspend both company and member voice services, select Voice in the side menu. The General menu appears.

    1. Click Suspend Service. A confirmation prompt appears.

    2. Click OK.

  4. To suspend voice services for an individual member of the company, select Contacts in the side menu.

    1. Locate the member in the grid and click the member's name. The Essentials screen appears.

    2. Select Voice in the side menu. The General menu appears.

    3. Click Suspend Service. A confirmation prompt appears.

    4. Click OK.
