Guests are individuals visiting a property location that do not have a membership or booking at that property. Kube allows you to pre-register a guest before their planned visit. This allows you to keep track of individuals at a property for tracking and emergency purposes. For more information about emailing the emergency list, see Emailing the emergency list.
This article describes pre-registering a guest.
TIP: The guest should be encouraged to use the Welkio tablet at the front desk to sign in unless it is unavailable. Welkio automatically syncs guest information with Kube and vice versa.
NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
