Setting the background screen image

Kube allows you to customize the background image displayed in the Visitor Management App. There are system level and property level settings. This article covers updating the background images at the system level and the property level, as well as customizing the website logo per property.

NOTE: By default, the website logo selected for the member and prospect portal is used for the Visitor Management App. For information on the member and prospect portal website logo, see Uploading website logo and favicon.

Setting a system background image

  1. Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings from the drop-down menu. The Operator Details screen appears.

  2. Select Customer Portals in the side menu then select the Visitor Management and Images tabs.

  3. In the Background Image section hover over the Operator Level picture box. Click Change Image when it appears. The image uploader appears.

  4. Drag your image onto the uploader or click the uploader to select a file. The file uploads and the image editor appears.

  5. Edit the image as desired. For more information, see Using the image editor.

  6. Click anywhere outside the image uploader to close it. Kube saves the changes.

Setting a background image per property

  1. Select Properties in the top menu.

  2. Locate the property in the grid and click the property's name. The Property Spaces screen appears.

  3. Select Setup in the side menu, then the Visitor Management and Images tabs.

  4. In the Background Image section, hover over the Property Level picture box. Click Change Image when it appears. The image uploader appears.


    NOTE: The operator level background image cannot be edited or changed from this menu. See the Setting a system background image section of this article for information on changing this image.


  5. Drag your image onto the uploader or click the uploader to select a file. The file uploads and the image editor appears.

  6. Edit the image as desired. For more information, see Using the image editor.

  7. Click anywhere outside the image uploader to close it. Kube saves the changes.


    CAUTION: After you make property level image changes, the property no longer inherits system level image updates.


Setting a unique visitor management logo per property

  1. Select Properties in the top menu.

  2. Locate the property in the grid and click the property's name. The Property Spaces screen appears.

  3. Select Setup in the side menu and then the Visitor Management and Images tabs.

  4. In the Website Logo section, hover over the Property Level picture box. Click Change Image when it appears. The image uploader appears.

    NOTE: The operator level website logo cannot be edited or changed from this menu.. For information on changing the website logo, see Uploading website logo and favicon.


  5. Drag your image onto the uploader or click the uploader to select a file. The file uploads and the image editor appears.

  6. Edit the image. For more information, see Using the image editor.

  7. Click anywhere outside the image uploader to close it. Kube saves the changes.


    CAUTION: After you make property level website logo changes, the property no longer inherits system level website logo updates.
