Emailing the emergency list

In the event of an emergency, Kube provides the feature of emailing an emergency list to the property's main contact. This list contains the contact information for every member, guest, visitor, booking, and tour scheduled for that day.

CAUTION: Always contact emergency personnel immediately when necessary.

In the event of an emergency, follow outlined policies and procedures for the situation. Property emergency procedures and documentation can be located in Kube by navigating to Property > select property > Setup > Key Documents.

Emailing the emergency list

  1. Click the Home button. The Community Dashboard Overview menu appears.

  2. Locate the Visitors tile and click the View All option.

  3. Click Actions and select Emergency List. Kube displays a success or failure message.
