You can convert a contact to a lead or member, should you need to change a contact's status in Kube.
When you convert a contact, Kube checks to see if the contact is the primary contact for a company. If they are, you must assign a new primary contact before you can convert the contact. If a company has no other members, leads, or contacts besides the contact you want to convert, you can convert the contact without assigning a new primary contact, as there is no one else to assign.
NOTES:
Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

To convert a contact to a lead or member
Select Contacts in the top menu.
Locate the contact in the grid and click the Additional Options button next to the contact's name.
Select Convert to Lead or Convert to Member in the drop-down menu.
CAUTION: There is no confirmation step after you complete Step 3, so do not click Convert to Lead or Convert to Member until you are ready to convert the contact. You cannot convert a lead or member back to a contact. If a validation message appears, address the issues listed and convert the contact again.
