You can convert a lead to a member, should you need to change a lead's status in Kube.
NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
When you convert a lead, Kube checks to see if the lead is the primary contact for a company. If they are, you must assign a new primary contact before you can convert the lead. If a company has no other members, leads, or contacts besides the lead you want to convert, you can convert the lead without assigning a new primary contact, as there is no one else to assign. Kube also checks that the lead's email is unique and does not already exist in the system.

To convert a lead to a member
Select Leads in the top menu.
Locate the lead in the grid and click the Additional Options button next to the lead's name.
Select Convert to Member from the drop-down menu.
NOTE: If a validation message appears, address the issues listed and convert the lead again.
