You can convert a member to a lead, should you need to change a member's status in Kube.
When you convert a member, Kube checks to see if the member is the primary contact for a company. If they are, you must assign a new primary contact to the company before you can convert the member. Kube also checks to see if the member has any pending amenity configurations, bookings, contracts, or accounting tasks. If none of these tasks are pending, you can convert the member. If any are pending, address them and convert the member again.
You can use the Member History screen to see information about member conversions. For more information, see Reviewing member history.
NOTES:
Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
If a company has no other members, leads, or contacts besides the member you want to convert, you can convert the member without assigning a new primary contact, as there is no one else to assign.
You can also convert leads and contacts. For more information, see Converting a lead to a member and Converting a contact to a member or lead.
