Adding a global access group

Updated over 4 months ago

A global access group allows you to specify doors located at different properties that should be accessible using a single member credential when assigned to a member. When you add a global access group, you select access groups created at the property level. The members then assigned the global access group can use the Member Portal app to unlock the doors in the global access group. The doors unlock according to the door schedules specified in the access groups. For information on adding an access group, see Adding an access group.

CAUTION: Global access groups cannot use physical credentials. When a member is assigned to a global access group, they must use the member portal app to unlock the doors.
