A global access group gives a member access to the access groups included in the global access group during the schedule assigned to the access group. This article explains assigning a global access group to a member. For more information about adding a global access group, see Adding a global access group.
NOTE: Global access groups cannot use physical credentials. When a member is assigned to a global access group, they must use their Member Portal to unlock the doors.

To assign a global access group to a member
Select Customers in the top menu and select Members from the drop-down menu.
Locate the member in the grid and click the member's name. The Member Essentials window appears. Click Detailed View.
Select Access Control in the side menu and select the Global Access Groups tab.
Click the Add button.
In the Global Access Group drop down, select the global access group you want to assign the member to.
Click Save.

You can assign multiple global access groups to a member. To do so, repeat this procedure for every global access group you want to assign to the member.
